The actors onscreen may be the most recognizable faces of the movies and TV shows we love, but creating those productions requires a cast of thousands – and not just those whose names appear in the closing credits.
Crew members, costume designers, writers, makeup artists, caterers, transportation services, babysitters, tutors, even dog walkers – thousands of individuals and businesses play a supporting role in bringing TV and film productions to life.
Each serves a different function, but for production accountants, they present one common challenge: processing payroll for their various services.
That’s where Entertainment Partners comes in. Entertainment Partners is a global leader in entertainment payroll, production finance, and management solutions. They have provided payroll support in the entertainment industry for 50 years, supporting film and TV productions ranging from small indies to major blockbusters.
But like so many who go to Hollywood with a dream, part of Entertainment Partners’ story began years ago in a smaller city far away – albeit one that knows a thing or two about putting on a show.

In 2025, Entertainment Partners acquired CASHét, a digital payment solutions provider founded in Nashville, Tennessee. CASHét started when Paul Rogers and his fellow co-founders saw an opportunity to help colleagues in the entertainment space. Within the span of 12 years, they built a company that became the industry standard for digital and credit card payments, servicing more than 2,500 studio and independent features, TV, and streaming productions.
CASHét’s payment processing role involved working with multiple third parties, including a bank to facilitate check and ACH payment and a fintech for processing credit card payments. A clear opportunity to realize more efficient processes existed, and that’s when Regions entered the scene.
“We initially reached out to CASHét about helping them with their credit card payment processing, but Paul Rogers and his team told us what they would really love is to work with a single provider that could handle all the payment modalities – card, check, wire, and ACH,” said Regions Treasury Management Leader Rob Chadwell. “What they needed was a For Benefit Of (FBO) structure that we weren’t able to offer at the time. But we said ‘let’s see what we can do.’ And we stayed in touch and got to work.”

FBO accounts, in this instance, are omnibus accounts established by and in the name of a bank for a program manager to facilitate payments on behalf of that manager’s clients or end users, with underlying interests tracked at the sub-account level.
Setting up the type of FBO that CASHét needed was not a simple prospect, but Regions was up for the challenge. It required intensive collaboration from multiple teams across the bank, including Treasury Management implementations, operations, legal and risk. After months of development, Regions was able to deliver exactly what CASHét had in mind to streamline their processes and run the business more smoothly: an FBO structure facilitating every available payment modality – ACH, real-time payments, credit card, wires, and check.
The FBO account solution wasn’t the only essential support the bank was able to offer. Before work was underway on the FBO structure, bankers were collaborating with Rogers and the team at CASHét in response to working capital challenges the company faced with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a solution, Regions began offering ACH settlement exposure, which allowed CASHét to clear ACH payments faster. This led to explosive growth in their business, even as other payment providers in the industry struggled, and this in turn caught the eye of Entertainment Partners. What followed was the combination of a leading payroll company with a leading payables company – effectively creating one of the largest entertainment payables companies in the world.
Regions has been thrilled to support CASHét and Entertainment Partners throughout their impressive growth trajectory, and we remain committed to supporting them even as CASHét has moved on from its local Nashville roots to a bigger stage in Hollywood.

CASHét continues to offer its full payables capabilities following the integration with Entertainment Partners, and it has also continued to maintain and expand its relationship with Regions Bank.
“Regions has been thrilled to support CASHét and Entertainment Partners throughout their impressive growth trajectory, and we remain committed to supporting them even as CASHét has moved on from its local Nashville roots to a bigger stage in Hollywood,” said Angela Neudecker, Regions Treasury Management relationship manager. “Our enduring relationship is a testament to the power of collaboration, tenacity, and trust.”
It’s a sentiment shared by both sides. “Paul Rogers has told us that colleagues and friends in the entertainment business frequently ask him why he continues to do business with a regional bank in Nashville when there are so many other options in Los Angeles,” said Neudecker. “His answer is always the same: Regions did what other banks could not. They delivered on everything they said they would do, and it makes doing business easy.”
