Military Background: U.S. Navy
Chace Watson is a member of Regions’ Cybersecurity team who joined the bank through a partnership with Hiring Our Heroes. Hiring Our Heroes connects the military community—service members, military spouses, and veterans—with American businesses to create economic opportunity and a strong and diversified workforce.
“One of the greatest lessons that I learned while serving was truly caring for others,” said Watson. “At Regions, that caring translates incredibly well, especially for my team that is working to ensure that Regions’ customers and associates are kept safe against cyber threats and fraudsters.”

Hiring our Heroes
Since 2019, Regions has partnered with Hiring Our Heroes by serving as a host for their Corporate Fellowship Program. The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week SkillBridge program held three times a year with locations across the country. Each program hosts active-duty service members who gain experience working with host companies in their last six months of military service. They acquire the skills needed to succeed in the civilian workforce to ensure professional success following their transition out of military service. Host companies help bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers while also gaining access to a natural recruiting pipeline of military talent.
