Meet Justin Laddie, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Operational Risk Analyst for Regions Bank.
“The culture (at Regions) is something that they’ve really strived to create and it’s very obvious,” said Laddie. “That’s one of the things that kind of kept me on board and wanting to stay here, especially when (the bank) began programs like BRAVE mentoring.”
Through the Regions “Building Regions Associate Veteran Experience” or BRAVE program, Laddie has served as a mentor to other military veterans making the transition to Regions.
“I think it’s very helpful for other veterans. I know for me, even as a mentor, it has been helpful,” said Laddie. “To be able to talk to . . . these women and men that are coming in from the military into kind of that different world, and, you know, helping them to be able to bridge that gap a little bit.”
