The East Russellville branch at 2404 E. Parkway Drive now features an open floorplan, rather than a traditional teller line setup. Instead of having to wait in a line, customers are greeted upon arrival by a banker who can assist with virtually all branch-banking needs. The design of the facility enables customers to have more in-depth conversations with bankers to discuss their goals and build a roadmap toward reaching them.
The branch now also includes two Video Banking ATMs. One is in the drive-up area; the second is in the foyer. Video Banking ATMs offer customers the option to choose standard ATM service or to connect with a Regions banker via live, two-way video for personal service during an expanded set of hours.
Video bankers can answer customers’ questions, provide account maintenance process transactions and more – all in real time.
Regions video bankers are available from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT on weekdays. They are also available on Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Holiday hours are also from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Similar to East Russellville, Regions’ Conway Main branch at 1023 Main St. has been updated with the modernized, open floorplan design. The branch has added a drive-up Video Banking ATM.
Both branches also feature Regions DepositSmart ATMs®. Through the DepositSmart machines, Regions customers can use the ATMs to not only withdraw cash – but also to make deposits of cash or checks at any time.

While Regions branches are conducting in-person lobby service, customers are encouraged to make an appointment through www.regions.com to schedule a branch visit. The bank is currently limiting capacity in its branches and has implemented additional safety practices to help protect the health and well-being of customers and associates during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Regions Bank is committed to delivering exceptional service through all of our platforms,” said Steve Nivet, regional consumer banking executive for Regions. “The significant investments we’re making are designed to simplify banking and offer added convenience. They also complement the experience of our teams to ensure we offer our customers the best of both banking worlds.”
