Regions Bank Provides Free Resources for First-Time Homebuyers During National Homeownership Month

No-cost tools, education and guidance are available to help people buy and maintain a home.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – June 1, 2026 – Regions Bank is recognizing June as National Homeownership Month by highlighting no-cost homeownership resources, financial education, and mortgage guidance – all designed to help people, including first-time homebuyers, navigate the homebuying process.

This is not just routine financial advice. Regions Bank specializes in one-on-one, custom-tailored guidance from bankers who take the time to truly understand a customer’s goals, opportunities, challenges, and more. At the same time, live webinars and homebuyer education courses will be available for free to wider audiences of people so Regions’ bankers can help more people make homeownership a reality.

Every Saturday in June from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. CT, select Regions branches will offer:

  • One-on-one support with bankers and mortgage loan officers to help people learn about prequalification, mortgage down payments, rates, insurance, and more.
  • People can also schedule a Regions Greenprint® A Regions Greenprint conversation can help people
  • Build a homeownership plan for their unique needs
  • Understand affordability and budgeting

A Regions Greenprint is available to anyone, including non-customers, free of charge.

 

2. Regions Next Step® Homeownership Resource Center

Regions Next Step® is the bank’s no-cost financial wellness program, and it provides a comprehensive digital hub, known as the Homeownership Resource Center, with resources including:

  • Interactive courses on:
