It has been nine months since Dan Massey joined the team at Regions as Chief Enterprise Operations and Technology Officer.
Massey recognizes this role is critical to the strategic success of the bank.

Massey hit the ground running in his new position and has already gained traction in his time with the bank. Early accomplishments of Massey and his team include the introduction of new, business-aligned Technology Groups, successful technology integrations for Sabal and Enerbank, a software upgrade of Regions’ ATM fleet, expansion of revenue-driving analytical models across business units, reduction of contact center wait times by more than 30%, and advancements in the payments space, including real-time payments for business clients.
In his role, Massey leads teams that oversee several critical functions including enterprise operations, lending operations, contact center, software engineering, cloud engineering and infrastructure, information security, data and analytics, and enterprise digital.
Massey is quick to give credit for his success to associates throughout the bank.
