Springhill has Sprung: Regions Bank Unveils Latest Investment in Louisiana

State-of-the-art branch provides enhanced and secure services in one convenient location.

By Nestor Mato | March 18, 2025

SPRINGHILL, La. – March 18, 2025 – Regions Bank on Tuesday unveiled its newly constructed full-service branch in Springhill with a ribbon-cutting that builds on the bank’s legacy of service to Louisiana. The Springhill-North Webster Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony as the community was welcomed in for an open house.

The new branch along 1st St. NE at Church Street reinforces Regions’ commitment to providing innovative and personalized banking services. The modern facility replaces the previous drive-through-only location and is designed to offer greater convenience through enhanced technology and a customer-focused service.

“Our ground-up rebuild is a testament to Regions Bank’s dedication to meeting the financial needs of our customers with more convenient, modern banking solutions,” said Denny Moton, market executive for Regions Bank in Northwest Louisiana. “This new branch reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience while fostering deeper connections with the community.”

The new facility replaces Regions’ old branch at 124 North Main St. The new branch includes a two-lane drive-thru with depository and ATM options, a walk-up ATM vestibule, and single-service safe deposit boxes with biometric access, offering enhanced security and ease of use for customers.

“At Regions, we understand that banking is about more than transactions—it’s about relationships,” said Lisa Phillips, consumer banking executive for Regions. “We are proud to have provided uninterrupted service during construction with the use of a modular banking facility. Now open, this state-of-the-art branch not only provides an upgraded space and easier access, it shows we are committed to this community and with our customers in supporting their financial goals.”

Branch associates will guide clients through Regions Greenprint® plans. Through Regions Greenprint conversations, bankers ask insightful questions about customers’ needs, goals, challenges and opportunities. From saving for a car or a house, planning to put children through college, building retirement savings, and more, Regions Greenprint helps people develop a tailored game plan for accomplishing short-term and long-term goals.

“We enjoyed the open house, which saw the Chamber of Commerce, our neighbors and clients come in to experience the new branch. We are honored to be longtime members of the Springhill community,” said Branch Manger Cindy Canterbury. “With this investment, we look forward to serving more people and businesses for many years to come.”
