NEW ORLEANS, La. – Innovative technology, a modern layout, and expanded access to personal service are among key features of the new Regions Bank Tchoupitoulas Street branch which will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, January 23.

The Tchoupitoulas branch is a full-service facility staffed with banking professionals dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial goals. The branch is located at the corner of Tchoupitoulas Street and Jefferson Avenue, across from Winn-Dixie. A drive-through entrance is on Octavia Street.
In addition to the team of experienced branch-banking staff, the Tchoupitoulas location will also offer Regions’ new Video Teller service. Video Tellers connect customers with a Regions Video Banker via live two-way video. Along with processing most teller transactions, these representatives can help customers with account maintenance and general inquiries.
Video Bankers are available during extended hours on weekdays (until 8 p.m. CT). They are also available on Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays.
The Tchoupitoulas location also offers a drive-up and walk-up DepositSmart ATM. In addition to dispensing cash, DepositSmart ATMs can accept deposits and cash checks for customers at any time, day or night.
The January 23 grand opening of Regions’ Tchoupitoulas branch will include the Audubon ZOOmobile and Voodoo 104 Radio Van on site, along with face painting and piggy bank decorating, hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy and a chance to win a Regions “LifeGreen” bicycle or a $250 gift card. The Grand Opening will take place from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
