Every workday Lisa Burnham high-fives and greets by name the 200-plus associates of the Pensacola Contact Center. She appreciates them and wants them to succeed. Morale is high, and so are the customer satisfaction scores of her team.
Burnham wants every member of her team to achieve the right balance between work, home and community involvement — as she has done for 35 years at Regions. She works with associates and tries to accommodate schedules so parents don’t miss those little league games or dance recitals. She also encourages her teammates to support community causes that are dear to their hearts.
Under Burnham’s leadership, the Pensacola Contact Center has supported Brentwood Elementary Magnet School for several years. Associates organize school supply drives, teach financial education, and provide snacks and drinks for Brentwood students during state testing weeks. Regions is donating $1,000 to the school on Lisa’s behalf.
