Regions Bank Unveiling Modern Enterprise, Ala., Branch

Ribbon cutting scheduled for Jan. 9.

By Jeremy King | January 6, 2020

ENTERPRISE, Ala. – Jan. 6, 2020 – Regions Bank on Thursday, Jan. 9, will cut the ribbon and celebrate the opening of a modern, full-service branch facility along U.S. Highway 84 in Enterprise.

“Regions Bank is committed to Coffee County, and we are excited to offer an updated branch in a convenient retail corridor,” said Regions Branch Manager Kristy Caraway. “We are focused on making banking easier and more meaningful for our customers. When people visit this location, they will find personal service from local financial professionals who can help them reach their goals. At the same time, Regions continues to grow its online and mobile banking options, giving our customers convenient choices to conduct their banking business when, where and how they want.”

Previously, the facility at 621 Boll Weevil Circle served only as a drive-through banking location. The property has now been renovated into a full-service branch with a complete range of services. The branch replaces Regions’ previous full-service Enterprise branch at 110 East College St.

We look forward to seeing our longtime customers, and welcoming new ones.
Kristy Caraway, Regions Branch Manager

“As Regions makes new investments in our branch network, we look at several factors, such as customer traffic and volume, to determine where we can serve our local clients, and reach new customers, in locations that are convenient and highly accessible,” explained Lamar Brooks, Southeast Alabama Market Executive and Consumer Banking Manager for Regions. “In Enterprise, we saw a tremendous opportunity to redevelop our remote drive-through branch and expand its offerings to become a full-service branch where our bankers can meet with customers one-on-one to deliver personal attention and quality service.”

In addition to teller-line service, the facility offers space for Regions professionals to meet with customers and discuss individual financial needs and long-term goals.

The location will continue to offer drive-through banking and ATM services. In addition, Regions is offering an updated safe deposit box access system. The system uses biometric (face and finger) access, eliminating the need for a branch associate to open the vault and assist with opening a box.

The Jan. 9 ribbon cutting will take place at 4 p.m. with leaders from the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce. The public is invited.

“We look forward to seeing our longtime customers, and welcoming new ones, at this location,” Caraway said.
