Regions Bank on Wednesday announced the company’s branch locations in the Monticello neighborhood of Baton Rouge and in Denham Springs are back open following extensive repairs from flooding that damaged both facilities in August 2016.
In the weeks following the floods, Regions established temporary locations in both Monticello and Denham Springs to continue meeting the financial needs of community members. Banking business has now shifted back from the temporary facilities into the permanent, fully restored bank branches.

The Monticello branch is located at 11880 Greenwell Springs Road, and the Denham Springs branch is at 1509 S. Range Avenue.
In Denham Springs, the particularly extensive damage from high waters, along with the size of the facility, provided Regions with an opportunity to better configure the branch space to meet the needs of clients, while also introducing new features.
In addition to experienced local bankers, the Denham Springs branch now offers a Regions Video Banking ATM, which provides personalized services during an extended set of hours.
Regions’ Video Banking ATMs connect clients with a Regions Video Banker via live, two-way video. Along with processing most teller transactions, Video Bankers can help clients with account maintenance and general inquiries.
Video Bankers are available from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. CT on weekdays. They are also available on Saturdays (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), Sundays (11 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and most holidays. Outside of the extended Video Banking hours, the Video Banking ATM functions as a standard ATM.
The Video Banking ATM at Denham Springs is located in the branch’s drive-through. The Denham Springs location also features upgraded safe deposit box security and access technology.
In addition to the Denham Springs and Monticello locations, Regions offers 23 branch locations and 28 ATMs throughout the Baton Rouge area.
