Regions Bank ranked #1 in customer satisfaction with retail banking in Florida.
In the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM Regions ranked highest for customer satisfaction in Florida with a score of 697 on a 1,000-point scale.

J.D. Power compiled its rankings of the top banks for customer satisfaction in 15 geographic areas based on a study of 101,587 retail banking customers. Conducted from April 2021 through January 2022, the study asked customers about experiences with their retail bank.
The annual study measures satisfaction across seven factors: trust, people, account offerings, allowing customers to bank how and when they want, saving time and money, digital channels, and resolving problems or complaints.
Regions ranked No. 1 in three of the seven categories — trust, people, and saving time and money.

Highest in Online Banking Among Regional Banks
In addition to the retail banking customer satisfaction ranking in Florida, J.D. Power ranked Regions “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Online Banking among Regional Banks” for the third consecutive year.
J.D. Power compiled its rankings for the top banks for mobile app satisfaction, U.S. online banking satisfaction, U.S. credit card mobile app and online credit card satisfaction based on responses from 16,132 retail bank and credit card customers nationwide.
Conducted from February through April 2022, customers rated satisfaction with banks’ digital channels based on: navigation, speed, visual appeal, and information/content.
