Now Serving Frisco: Regions Bank Debuts Modern Branch Concept in Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area

New Windsong Ranch location is the Lone Star’s latest featuring enhanced technology.

By Kim Borges | December 16, 2021

DALLAS, Texas – Dec. 16, 2021 – Regions Bank on Thursday introduced customers to its most modern branch in the Dallas region with the unveiling of its Windsong Ranch location in Frisco.

The newly constructed Windsong Ranch location at 16510 FM 423 offers customers the combination of enhanced technology plus personalized service from local team members to deliver a holistic banking experience.

“Regions Bank is committed to investing in resources that offer our customers the ability to bank their way,” said Tyrus Sanders, market executive for Regions Bank in Dallas. “That investment begins with our branch-banking teams dedicated to helping our customers identify and achieve their unique financial goals. It’s complemented by our enhanced digital channels allowing our customers to conduct simple financial transactions during extended hours. We believe our approach of focused attention and added convenience is what distinguishes Regions among our peers – in the Dallas area and beyond.”

Customers will notice Windsong Ranch’s modern design and unique service model immediately upon their arrival. There is no traditional teller line; instead, customers are greeted personally by team members ready to assist with processing transactions or having more in-depth conversations about financial decisions and goals.

The branch is also the latest in Texas to offer Regions’ Video Banking ATM service. Through a drive-through Video Banking ATM or a walk-up unit in the foyer, customers can choose standard ATM service, or they can connect with a Regions Video Banker via live, two-way video. Video Bankers deliver personal service during expanded hours, including evenings, weekends, and even holidays. The foyer is accessible after-hours by scanning a debit or credit card with a magnetic stripe for entry.

The Windsong Ranch location also includes a drive-up DepositSmart ATM. In addition to dispensing cash, Regions’ DepositSmart ATMs® can accept deposits of cash or checks around the clock.

Regions’ Video Banking ATMs connect customers via live, two-way video for personalized service during an expanded set of hours. The new South Beach location offers a Video Banking ATM onsite for walk-up customers.

“Our technology capabilities are elevating banking to the next service level, said Curt Metten, consumer banking manager for Regions in North Texas. “Our customers value the convenience of being able to connect with a Regions Video Banker any day of the week to answer questions as they complete their banking business.”

Regions is celebrating the Windsong Ranch location’s grand opening by recognizing area healthcare heroes. The bank delivered more than 150 lunches to Medical City Frisco team members to thank them for their service.

“Giving back to those who lift up our Frisco community is a priority as we celebrate the grand opening of our new location,” said Ca-Ron Rainey, manager of the Windsong Ranch location. “Members of the Medical City Frisco team go above and beyond every day in caring for their patients. As their newest neighbors, we want to express our gratitude for their service. We’re grateful to be part of this community and look forward to serving the people of Frisco with their financial needs for many years to come.”
