ARNOLD, Mo. – Innovative technology, along with a new, more modern layout and expanded access to personal service are key features of the Regions Bank Arnold branch, which will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, Jan. 23.
“Our Arnold location combines a new branch design with state-of-the-art technology and personalized services that are designed to meet the needs of today’s customers,” said Mike Hart, Midwest Area President for Regions Bank. “Now more than ever, we are here to serve our customers when, where and how they want to be served.”
The open layout of the Arnold branch does not include a traditional teller line. Instead, customers are welcomed directly by Regions’ Universal Bankers who can help customers with all of their branch-banking needs. Universal Bankers provide a variety of services ranging from cashing checks and accepting deposits to opening savings and checking accounts to helping customers develop plans to reach their long-term financial goals.
The branch also offers Regions’ new Video Teller service. Video Tellers connect customers with a Regions Video Banker via live two-way video. Along with processing most teller transactions, Regions Video Bankers can help customers with account maintenance and general inquiries.
Video Bankers are available during extended hours on weekdays (until 8 p.m. CT). They are also available on Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays.
The Arnold location also offers a Regions DepositSmart ATM in a 24-hour vestibule located at the front of the branch. In addition to dispensing cash, a DepositSmart ATM can accept deposits and cash checks for customers at any time, day or night.
Further, the branch offers Regions’ facial recognition and fingerprint technology for customers using safe deposit boxes within the branch. This modern system employs several layers of technology designed to enhance security surrounding safe deposit boxes while also improving efficiency of access for Regions customers.
The Jan. 23 grand opening of Regions’ Arnold location will include food and fun for the entire family as well as giveaways of a $500 Regions gift card and a Regions green bicycle. WIL Radio will be on hand with additional giveaways. The grand opening will take place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The branch is located at 180 Richardson Crossing.
