WHAT:

Affordable Housing Finance magazine, a leading industry publication and news source, recently named its 2025 Young Leaders. All 40 years of age or younger, award recipients are recognized annually as the affordable housing industry’s rising stars. This year, a total of eight individuals were acknowledged for their positive impacts in the development, management and finance of this critical U.S. housing category.

One of the eight acknowledged, Graham Dozier of Regions Real Estate Capital Markets was selected for his contributions and deal volume in affordable housing finance.

WHY:

Dozier has been active in the affordable housing industry for 15 years, spending the past 12 with Regions Bank. During his time with Regions, he has contributed to his team’s growth by providing a notable $1.8 billion in affordable apartments financing to the bank’s valued borrowers who are active in the sector. He has also helped implement new products and capabilities, and developed a team dedicated to originating permanent financing for affordable housing.

Dozier’s extensive knowledge is often called upon to close complex affordable housing finance transactions and packages. His leadership in the industry has continued to expand, and he participates often in affordable housing event panels and discussions.
