At Regions Home Improvement Financing (HIFi), building strong relationships with contractors and program sponsors is a key driver of growth. Brian Anderson, the business’s new national sales manager, is helping expand HIFi’s reach and make it easier for contractors and program sponsors to serve homeowners.
Anderson leads HIFI’s national sales organization, driving growth initiatives, supporting market expansion and helping position HIFI financing solutions in more communities across the country.
“Brian brings deep industry experience, strong sales leadership and a relationship-focused approach that aligns with our culture and strategy,” said Todd Nelson, head of Regions Home Improvement Financing. “He’s helping us build on our strong foundation while creating even more value for contractors, sponsors and homeowners.”

For Anderson, the opportunity is rooted in relationships.
“I’ve seen firsthand how contractors build their businesses one relationship at a time,” said Anderson, who grew up visiting job sites with his dad, who still works as a commercial building contractor. “They want to work with people who understand their business and show up when it matters. That’s one of the things that attracted me to HIFi and Regions.”
That perspective shapes how Anderson views point-of-sale home improvement financing — an industry he has served for nearly two decades.
“Homeowners don’t start shopping for financing,” he said. “They start shopping for solutions. Whether it’s replacing a roof, installing a new HVAC system or completing a remodeling project, financing often helps make those decisions possible. That’s what makes point-of-sale financing such a powerful tool for contractors and homeowners alike.”
Anderson also sees significant opportunity to help contractors benefit from the broader capabilities of Regions.
“HIFi has built a trusted reputation by helping contractors serve homeowners,” he said. “As part of Regions, we can deliver additional value through solutions that support business growth, from treasury management and payment solutions to equipment financing and commercial banking services – working collaboratively across the bank to bring all of Regions to the customer.”
Since the inception of its predecessor company, Regions Home Improvement Financing has served more than 1.3 million borrowers and helped contractors provide financing solutions for customers across the country.
“The foundation that made this business successful won’t change,” Anderson said. “My focus is on building on those strengths, deepening relationships and helping contractors, sponsors and homeowners succeed.”
