Early Career Program Growing to Train NextGen Bank Tech Leaders

Regions Bank welcomes inaugural analyst class supporting the Technology, Operations, Digital and Data team.

By Kenzie Sprague | October 22, 2025

It is a priority for Regions Bank to identify and develop talent in those just starting their careers. As part of those efforts, Regions recently welcomed a new class of analysts into its inaugural Technology, Operations, Digital and Data Emerging Talent Development Program. Over the course of a year, participants will complete two six-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of technology and innovation.

Regions’ Emerging Talent Program is open to both current college students (internship) and recent college graduates (full-time development program) as they begin their careers at Regions. The program offers a world of opportunity in a variety of career paths.

From Internship to Full-Time

Before joining the Emerging Talent Development Program, analysts Jay Chin, Jada Tate and Tyler Le took part in the Regions Bank summer internship program. Their 11-week hands-on experience within Regions’ Technology, Operations, Digital and Data group provided an up-close view of what it’s like to work at Regions and the technology solutions the bank is creating for customers.

As part of the program, interns are assigned to specific teams tasked with completing real projects with true business impact. At the same time, they participate in Agile and other trainings and network with various leaders. From there, interns have the opportunity to apply to the Technology, Operations, Digital and Data Emerging Talent Development Program.

Where are They Now?

Following their internships, Le is completing his one-year rotation program, Tate is a Cyber Security Analyst in the Cyber Strategy & Reporting team and Chin is a Software Engineer in the Treasury Management Servicing App Development group.
