The Learning & Development team has worked closely with Guild to enhance the program and introduce capabilities that provide greater insight into participation trends and learning needs across the organization. Those insights help ensure investments in associate development remain sustainable, impactful and aligned with both associate and business needs.
These efforts have also made education and career development more accessible by simplifying the process of pursuing degrees, certificates and other learning opportunities. Through Guild, associates have access to coaching, educational pathways and financial support that can help remove barriers to continued learning.
