Unboxing Evergreen Gifts: How Regions Delivers Appreciation to Nearly 20,000 Associates

At Regions Bank, associates do extraordinary things every day for customers, communities, and one another. That’s why each year the company sets aside a dedicated week to recognize and celebrate the people whose commitment helps make a difference across the organization and in the communities it serves.

That celebration is called Evergreen.

As part of Evergreen 2026, associates were invited to select a gift inspired by this year’s theme, The Home of Extraordinary. What Is Evergreen?

Evergreen is Regions’ annual associate recognition week. The program celebrates the contributions associates make to customers, teammates, and communities while reinforcing the company’s culture of service, appreciation, and belonging.

Each year, Evergreen includes activities, experiences, and a special token of appreciation from the company.

The Home of Extraordinary: 2026 Evergreen Gifts

This year, nearly 20,000 Regions associates selected from five gift options:

Working alongside supplier partners, the Regions Procurement team developed a collection of practical gifts designed to support the week’s theme, The Home of Extraordinary, while providing something useful for associates both at home and on the go.

“We developed, with the help of our suppliers, a list of items that tied back to the theme for the week, ‘The Home of Extraordinary,'” said Steve Hartline, Regions Procurement Administrator. “We’re proud to be part of this important week for our company and help our associates feel the appreciation we have for them.”

How Does the Evergreen Gift Program Come Together?
