Connect CRE recognized this Regions Real Estate Capital Markets multifamily originations team as notable industry dealmakers.

By Libby Vangelos | November 19, 2025

Congratulations to Managing Directors Jason Hull and Rickey Mirabito and their team — associates Sean Reilly and Pat Menezes and Transaction Manager Brian Walior — for being recognized with a 2025 TheApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE Dealmakers of the Year Award.

Who:

Jason Hull
Managing Director, Real Estate Capital Markets

Rickey Mirabito
Managing Director, Real Estate Capital Markets

What:

The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE is an annual awards program acknowledging standout individuals, teams and companies serving the U.S. and Canadian apartments industry. Winners are named in the Dealmakers, Developers, Investors/Owners, Transactions and Innovators categories.

As recipients of this annual industry accolade, Jason Hull, Rickey Mirabito and the Multifamily Origination Team they lead have been publicly recognized for their excellence in apartment financing deals.

Why:

This team is a Capital Markets Advisory group providing solutions for multifamily owners nationwide and throughout the capital stack. Its primary focus is the multifamily middle market, supporting owners looking to grow their asset portfolio. The team provides agency loan execution and helps facilitate programmatic equity relationships that help drive client success in multifamily categories including affordable, workforce, conventional, student housing, and manufactured housing.

Direct lending services provided by this team include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD and Bridge platforms. Strong relationships with the agencies, family offices, preferred equity, debt funds and local banks/credit unions round out the team’s services.

In Their Own Words:

Says Hull: “Rickey and I bring completely different backgrounds and skills to our roles leading this team. This gives us varying perspectives on deal issues and on creating solutions for our clients and their transactions. This, along with our incredible team members, is integral to our ability to serve our valued clients well and help them achieve their long-term goals.”

Says Mirabito: “Creative capital solutions and delivering beyond simply closing loan transactions is key to our ability to help clients navigate this tough, uncertain market. From sourcing missing pieces of the capital stack to connecting clients with potential deal partners, we never shy away from figuring out how to get the most complex of deals over the finish line.”
