Welcome Home

Newly redesigned regions.com homepage offers website visitors easier navigation and enhanced accessibility.

By Kyndle Huey | August 25, 2021

If you’re a frequent visitor to regions.com, you may have noticed that the homepage recently received a face lift.

The visually enriched layout, similar to the Commercial, Wealth and Mortgage segment pages which were redesigned last year, was unveiled on Aug. 12, 2021, following months of research and testing.

“The new page was designed with the user experience in mind,” says Chief Digital Officer Andy Hernandez. “Teams across the bank used research, testing, data and analytics to build a visually appealing page that is easy to navigate and puts the top tasks that users need front and center.”

The Online Banking login remains at the forefront to allow customers easy access to their account information while visual content near the Online Banking login has been designed to show personalized and relevant messages to visitors.

New “I’m interested in” tiles, prominently featured on the page, help direct visitors to popular products and services. Further into the page, curated content showcases important tools and resources, including insights from Next Step, Regions’ financial education program.

In addition to the layout updates, the new homepage will feature simplified drop-down navigation and increased accessibility.

Web accessibility continues to be a top priority for Regions and the bank has worked to remove barriers on the new homepage. The page has better accessibility for individuals who use screen readers, ensuring those website visitors can navigate confidently with vocalized information at every step of the way. Improved focus indicators help low vision users orient to the correct areas of the page.

If you haven’t already, take some time to explore the new homepage, and let Regions know about your experience. Use the “feedback” button on regions.com.
