Teamwork Makes Nashville Hum

Regions market leaders in the Music City credit the team’s passion and commitment to the community for strong engagement and business performance.

By Candace Higginbotham | February 24, 2025

There’s no ‘I’ in Team. But in Nashville, the Regions team has lots of ‘eyes’ looking out for their customers and their community.

Regions360 is the company’s approach to serving customers that’s rooted in Regions’ mission and values to build the best team, put the customer first and create shared value.

Throughout the bank’s footprint, Regions has teams of local bankers representing all areas of the business, including Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking and Wealth Management. Those bankers rely on a collaborative approach to understand customers’ unique needs and deliver tailored banking solutions to help them reach their financials goals.

Market Executives across the bank’s footprint put the philosophy into practice every day by leading collaborative work sessions, utilizing innovative tools and resources, and creating opportunities to support communities through sponsorships, grants and volunteerism.

Nashville Market Executive and Private Wealth Management Regional Executive Lee Blank and the local leadership team have developed proven strategies for executing Regions360 – with successful results.

In this video, Blank is joined by Chris Claybrook, Commercial Banking executive, and Melanie Blank, Consumer Banking executive, to talk about the team’s commitment to teamwork and volunteerism have helped increased market engagement and performance.

The Music City team is also laser-focused on their neighborhoods and communities, and ensuring they understand the special needs faced by individuals and families as well as the local nonprofits providing support.

“You really see our culture come together after natural disasters and other tragedies,” Blank said. “You have people coming together and staying together after the event. That’s so important and it resonates throughout our company and our associates.”

With this strong tone from the top, the Nashville market is thriving, and Blank, Claybrook and Blank credit the team and their commitment to the city they call home. This passion and connection to the market and the team’s ability to serve its unique needs, are true markers of Regions360 success – for Nashville and Regions teams across the footprint.
