BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) held its annual meeting today at the company’s Birmingham headquarters. This year’s meeting marked the retirement of director George W. Bryan, who has served with distinction since 1986. Regions benefitted greatly from Bryan’s diligent service during a period of significant change in the financial services industry.
