Regions Mobile App and Reggie® Messaging Now Available in Spanish

Customers can now choose a Spanish-language Regions mobile app banking experience, as well as opt for ‘Message Us’ customer support in Spanish.

By Roshana Gossoff | February 28, 2024

Regions customers can now choose to select Spanish-language options within the mobile banking app* and the Message Us customer support experiences.

Many of the app’s common functions are now accessible in Spanish, including visibility into account balances, and the ability to make a deposit, make a transfer, and more – updates designed to continue enhancing the user experience.

Our work is never done when it comes to giving customers a seamless experience that makes it even easier for them to bank.

Other Spanish-language enhancements that were rolled out include the option to now consult with Reggie®, Regions’ “digital assistant,” or Message Us to chat with a live banker in Spanish.

“Our work is never done when it comes to giving customers a seamless experience that makes it even easier for them to bank when, where and how they want and get the advice, guidance and support they need to move forward financially with confidence,” said Michele Taylor, Mobile Digital Product manager.

“In response to the increased demand for Spanish-language support, we’re making investments to offer more in-language resources, including the option for customers to access their mobile banking app and more customer support through Message Us in Spanish.”

To opt for the Spanish version of the Regions app, customers can open the app and easily select the toggle for Spanish.

Other resources available to support Regions customers who prefer to review materials in Spanish include:

  • Spanish language version* of the Regions website
  • Regions Quick Guides with key information about accounts and products
  • Regions Next Step® financial wellness information and resources
  • The Regions Greenprint® plan experience to identify and develop ways to reach short- and long-term financial goals
  • Spanish-speaking customer support agents available by phone or digitally, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central time and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central time
*Some content, features and functions will continue to be available in English only (including official legal terms and disclosures for products and services).
