Regions Income Property Finance Names Nathan Sasse as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager

Sasse brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to serve commercial real estate clients with tailored financing solutions.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Oct.  30, 2025 – Regions Bank on Thursday announced Nathan Sasse has joined the bank’s Income Property Finance group as senior vice president and relationship manager.

In this role, Sasse will lead origination efforts in growth communities across key southern markets. The Income Property Finance team, part of the bank’s Commercial Real Estate Banking division, provides a wide range of integrated financial solutions to regionally and nationally focused funds, owners and developers of income-producing properties. The group further provides industry insights and experience to help clients acquire, construct or renovate any number of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and other specialized properties. Sasse will report to Todd Jarman.

Sasse joins Regions from SouthState Bank, where he most recently served as a Commercial Real Estate Lender. He began his banking career at Regions in May 2007 and worked in several positions in Corporate Real Estate, including risk, portfolio management and credit underwriting.
