Regions Honors Nikki Stock Beem with May Better Life Award

Beem builds futures for homebuyers, community children and dilapidated neighborhood landmarks.

Nikki Stock Beem is a builder. A builder of the American Dream for her mortgage loan customers. A builder of confidence for local children struggling to read. A builder of promise for homes throughout Frankfort, Indiana, that have fallen into disrepair.

Nikki is known for going the extra mile to make sure her customers get what they need. Instead of turning away a customer with weak credit, she works with them over time to build good credit. Those customers thank her often for helping them realize their dream of home ownership.

Nikki gives that same commitment to children through a local literacy program. She works one-on-one with struggling students at Suncrest Elementary School in Frankfort, helping them learn how to read and open doors to endless possibilities. Nikki received an award for her outstanding service to the students.

Nikki also fundraises and mentors children at the Frankfort Boys and Girls Club, treating many of them like members of her own family. Regions is donating $1,000 to the group in her honor.

Another way Nikki invests in her community is by restoring dilapidated buildings to the neighborhood jewels they once were. After years of rehabbing neighbor’s houses, historic landmarks and streetscapes, Nikki was appointed by the Mayor of Frankfort to the city’s redevelopment commission. Through that group, she leads revitalization projects and annual cleanups to help her community flourish.
