Regions Honors Nicole Elmore with June Better Life Award

This caring leader is also a foster parent who protects and serves her community.

Nicole Elmore plays three very important roles. She is a Regions Bank branch manager, a Baton Rouge constable’s office deputy, and a single parent who has fostered more than 30 children.

Elmore is currently leading a fund raising campaign to build Challenger’s Field, a baseball field for special needs children. Regions is donating $1,000 to the effort in honor of her Better Life Award.

Elmore is a strong mentor to her branch team. She stresses the importance of building relationships across all lines of business. She works closely with branch partners to meet customer needs. She provides finance and banking help, and will also step in to jump off a stalled battery or change a flat tire in the branch parking lot.

That commitment to service and sales excellence has paid off greatly for Elmore and her team. The Denham Springs branch earned Chairman’s Club Elite status for their work in 2014.
