Regions Financial Scheduled to Participate in Bank of America Securities Financial Services Conference

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Jan. 12, 2026 – Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF) on Monday announced the company is scheduled to participate in the Bank of America Securities Financial Services Conference on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Regions leadership will take part in a fireside chat-style discussion with the conference moderator beginning at approximately 8 a.m. ET. The discussion can be live-streamed in a listen-only format. To access the discussion, visit Regions’ Investor Relations page at https://ir.regions.com. A replay will also be made available on the Investor Relations page following the event.
