Regions Financial Corporation Declares Series F Preferred Stock Dividend

Dividend to be payable on Sept. 16, 2024.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Aug. 6, 2024 – The Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $8.8806 per share of its newly-issued Series F Preferred Stock outstanding (equivalent to approximately $0.222014 per depositary share), payable on Sept. 16, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 3, 2024.
