Regions Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

Dividends on common stock to be payable Jan. 2, 2025; dividends on preferred stock to be payable in November and December 2024.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Oct. 16, 2024 – The Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF) Board of Directors today declared the following cash dividends on its common shares, Series C preferred shares, Series D preferred shares, Series E preferred shares and Series F preferred shares:

  • A cash dividend of $0.25 on each share of outstanding common stock of the Company, payable on Jan. 2, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2024.
  • A cash dividend of $14.25 per share of Series C Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $0.35625 per depositary share), payable on Nov. 15, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 1, 2024.
  • A cash dividend of $1,437.50 per share of Series D Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $14.375 per depositary share), payable on Dec. 16, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2024.
  • A cash dividend of $11.125 per share of Series E Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $0.278125 per depositary share), payable on Dec. 16, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2024.
  • A cash dividend of $17.375 per share of Series F Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $0.434375 per depositary share), payable on Dec. 16, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2024.
