Many customers joined in the celebration as Regions held its fourth Frontline First Week April 15-19 to recognize the service of branch associates.

“Her smile is contagious. She greets me by name and is always willing to go the extra mile.”

“Helping me manage my account and monitor the way I spend. Also greets me with a smile and strong customer service skills.”

Those customer comments about Relationship Banker Silvia Lopez and Relationship Banker Tanya Leon were among many shared about Regions’ bankers during Frontline First Week April 15-19.

Sierra Fuqua, Mary McMillan, Arkeisha Cox and Ran Hart share what they enjoy most about working at Regions.

The special celebration begun during the pandemic takes place each spring to recognize the special role branch associates play in helping customers chart a personalized path to financial confidence and well-being.

I see a lot of smiles because they feel that appreciation, and all the special moments and activities further deepen relationships and make us an even stronger team.
Gloria Myles, Regions Bank branch manager

“It’s a special week and opportunity for me to again show my team how vital their role is to me, to Regions, and to our branch and customers,” Myles said. “I see a lot of smiles because they feel that appreciation, and all the special moments and activities further deepen relationships and make us an even stronger team.”

Kate Danella, head of the Consumer Banking Group, said Frontline First is a reflection of Regions’ people-first culture.

“The heart and care our bankers bring to the way they serve our customers everyday are what continue to make Regions a great place to work and to bank,” she said.  “Our recognition by Forbes as the top-rated bank for customer service this year is another confirmation of how our associates are making life better for each other, their customers and communities.

Our frontline branch associates are there for our customers during some of their happiest and most challenging moments.

“Our frontline branch associates are there for our customers during some of their happiest and most challenging moments – helping them budget, establish credit, get rid of debt, buy a home, plan for retirement and so much more,” Danella added.

“Each business day, they’re listening to what keeps customers up at night and offering the kind of personalized guidance, advice, tools and insights that customers need to face their financial futures with confidence.”
