WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – May 6, 2022 – Regions Bank on Friday announced its latest investment in South Florida with the opening of its Rosemary Square branch in West Palm Beach. Regions leaders joined the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches for a ribbon-cutting and highlighted the bank’s collaboration with local organizations.
“Many of our local team members have lived here all of our lives, and Regions Bank is making more investments to meet the growing banking needs of people and businesses across South Florida,” said Kelley Brown, West Palm Beach market executive for Regions Bank. “This location reflects our commitment to making banking easier while delivering a superior customer experience. Through top-notch service and strategic community engagement, we are creating more inclusive prosperity in West Palm Beach and beyond.”
As part of grand opening celebrations, Regions presented a $5,000 grant to Pace Center for Girls, a nonprofit that provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy. Bank associates also organized a drive that filled several containers with school supplies for Pace’s Palm Beach location.
Regions’ Rosemary Square branch fronts South Rosemary Avenue in The Square – a walkable shopping, dining, and entertainment district in downtown West Palm Beach. Once inside the newly built location, customers will find modern technology combined with personalized service. But they won’t find a traditional teller line.
Instead, customers are greeted personally by local bankers who can handle a variety of needs from basic transactions to in-depth conversations about long-term goals. It’s all by design – to meet the expectations of a savvy population that places high value on a seamless banking experience. The Rosemary Square branch serves as a modern replacement of Regions’ previous CityPlace branch nearby.
“Regions Bank has made substantial investments in digital technologies that place the power of the bank in the hands of our customers. We also recognize that the relationships formed inside the local branch are key to customer satisfaction.” said Doris Zambito, Rosemary Square branch manager for Regions. “Our customers at The Square are excited that we are within walking distance, and even more excited at how we’re able to customize solutions to meet their specific banking needs.”
That innovative approach to personal service is powered by a solution called Regions Greenprint®. Through one-on-one Greenprint conversations, Regions’ bankers listen to the needs, goals, and questions of individual consumers as well as small-business customers. Regions then helps customers create a tailored roadmap toward increasing their financial health and reaching their goals through recommended next steps.
The Rosemary Square team is also spreading good cheer outside the bank branch walls. They recently saluted healthcare heroes at Good Samaritan Hospital by delivering 250 catered lunches.
“We wanted to thank them for all they do to make life better in our community. It’s in the Regions fabric – to put people first and do what is right,” said Julio Llanes, consumer banking manager for Regions. “We are grateful to have a new branch in this vibrant, growing community. We look forward to exciting times at The Square.”
