Regions Bank Opens Modern Metro Atlanta Branch

New location built around personal service and more convenient technology.

By Jennifer Elmore | September 10, 2020

MARIETTA, Ga. – Sept. 10, 2020 – Regions Bank on Thursday announced the opening of its Terrell Mill branch, the latest location across Metro Atlanta that combines personal service from local bankers with greater convenience and updated technology.

The branch at 1314 Powers Ferry Road SE is one of the most modern Regions facilities in Metro Atlanta. The new location was chosen based on several factors including customer traffic and convenient access.

“Regions Bank is making important investments in branch banking for customers across Metro Atlanta,” said Bill Linginfelter, Metro Atlanta market executive for Regions. “We are proud to open yet another branch in the market that delivers more personal attention to our customers while offering modern technology conveniences that make banking easier than ever.”

At the new Terrell Mill branch, people are greeted personally by a Regions banker upon arrival instead of waiting in a traditional teller line for assistance. All branch personnel are ready to provide financial services that go beyond routine transactions. Through financial advice, guidance and education, each team member is ready to listen to customers’ unique goals and help them develop a roadmap toward reaching those goals.

The branch now offers the convenience of two Video Banking ATMs, including one in the drive-through.

In addition, the branch becomes the latest across Metro Atlanta to offer Regions Video Banking ATMs. At the branch’s two Video Banking ATMs, customers can choose standard ATM service – or they can connect with a Regions Video Banker via live, two-way video for personal service during expanded hours. The VTMs are in the branch’s drive-through and foyer.

We look forward to welcoming our longtime customers to this amazing facility, while also reaching new customers with Regions’ superior levels of customer service.
Brian Davison, Terrell Mill branch manager

Regions Video Bankers can answer customers’ questions, provide account maintenance, process transactions, and more – all in real time. They are available from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET on weekdays. They are also available on Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sundays from 12 noon – 6 p.m. Holiday hours are also 12 Noon – 6 p.m.

Further, the branch features two Regions DepositSmart ATMs®. Through these machines, customers can use the ATMs to not only withdraw cash – but also make deposits of cash or checks at any time, around the clock.

“Our enhanced technology offers major benefits for customers, especially during this time of social distancing due to COVID-19,” said Christine Senior, consumer banking manager for Regions. “We want our customers to know they can count on our team at Terrell Mill to deliver the services and solutions they need, when they need them.”

The branch’s lobby hours are from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. – 12 noon on Saturday. Given limited capacity as a safety precaution amid COVID-19, customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment through the Make an Appointment option on Regions.com.
