BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – March 29, 2017 – Regions Bank on Wednesday announced that Yvonne Bos will join the company and serve as Corporate Credit Executive effective April 10.
In this role, Bos and her team will be responsible for the overall soundness of Regions’ corporate and real estate credit portfolios. Bos will report directly to Regions Chief Credit Officer Barb Godin.

Bos joins Regions from SunTrust Bank, where she has served in senior management roles in Credit Risk since 2009. Most recently, Bos has served as Deputy Chief Credit Risk Officer in Wholesale Banking.
Prior to her experience with SunTrust, Bos served in the New York offices of Bank of Montreal (BMO) for 25 years. She began her career at BMO as a Management Trainee and was ultimately appointed Executive Managing Director of BMO Capital Markets.
Bos will be based at Regions’ corporate headquarters in Birmingham.
