Regions Bank announced Tony Stiffler has been appointed to serve as Orlando Market President as Regions continues investing in growth across the state.
A longtime banking leader with more than 30 years of experience at Regions, Stiffler will lead the bank’s market strategy while continuing to serve as Florida Commercial Banking Executive. What Regions360 Means:
- No silos. Teams from Regions’ Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Mortgage divisions serve as one, united team.
- Together, they take a more holistic view of clients’ financial needs.
- Then, they form more comprehensive, value-added services designed to meet and exceed customers’ goals.
2. Supporting Central Florida’s Momentum
Central Florida continues to attract new residents, businesses, and investment, creating opportunities for continued growth.
Areas of focus include:
- Deepening relationships with clients across Central Florida.
- Helping businesses access capital, treasury management solutions, and strategic financial guidance.
- Supporting entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
- Connecting clients with the full capabilities of Regions Bank.
Florida remains a priority growth market for Regions. Over the next five years, Regions plans to build between 135 and 150 new branches across its multi-state footprint, while modernizing more than 1,000 existing locations.
In Central Florida alone, more than a dozen branch renovations are getting under way before the end of 2026, bringing updated designs, enhanced technology, and dedicated consultation spaces designed to better serve clients.
3. Investing in Talent and Community
Attracting, developing, and retaining strong talent remains a key priority for Stiffler. The company is recognized for its exceptional workplace culture and is expanding its teams of bankers serving clients across multiple sectors.
Further, Regions will continue building on its longstanding history of volunteerism and community engagement through community partnerships that support:
