Regions Bank Names Andy Voress Head of Affordable Housing Investor Sales and Servicing

This industry veteran will deepen the bank’s work in affordable housing to expand access to critical housing needs across the country.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Nov. 20, 2025 – Regions Bank on Thursday announced Andy Voress has joined Regions Affordable Housing as head of Investor Sales and Servicing.

Andy Voress is a well-respected leader in affordable housing who combines deep financial experience with a clear focus on the ultimate goal of making more affordable housing concepts turn into a reality. Katie Such, head of Regions Affordable Housing

In this role, Voress will oversee business relationships with Regions’ clients who are bringing new and revitalized developments to life. Further, he will guide distribution and funding strategies for Regions Affordable Housing, along with capital-raising initiatives that support the bank’s work in helping expand access to affordable housing in key growth markets across the country. Voress has 18 years of industry experience and will leverage strategic insights across the Regions Affordable Housing funding platforms. Voress will report to Katie Such, head of Regions Affordable Housing.

Voress previously held key leadership roles at two of the nation’s largest LIHTC syndicators. He most recently served as the managing director of syndications for CREA, LLC. Prior to that, he worked at Raymond James as the director of institutional investment. He also led the affordable housing tax credit investment program for Allstate.

Voress earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Augustana College and a Master of Science in Finance from DePaul University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
