MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Dec. 15, 2020 – Regions Bank on Tuesday announced longtime banking professional Williams Brack will serve as vice president and community development manager for the bank in West Tennessee and Arkansas.
In this role, Brack will work with Regions’ local-market leaders and additional colleagues to identify opportunities to invest in community development activities related to the Community Reinvestment Act. Consistent with Regions’ strategic approach to community engagement, areas of focus will include financial wellness, affordable housing, small-business development and neighborhood revitalization in low- or moderate-income areas.
“As an experienced financial professional with a passion for serving and strengthening communities, Brack brings expertise and insights that will help Regions advance its mission to make life better in the communities we serve,” said Latrisha Jemison, regional community development and partnerships manager for Regions Bank. “Already, his experience has been beneficial for Regions’ banking clients. Now, in this new role, his experience will have an even greater impact on the people and places we serve. We are proud to welcome Williams to our Community Development team.”
Brack joined Regions in 2019 as a member of the bank’s Commercial Banking team serving businesses and employers across the Mid-South. “Regions Bank is dedicated to serving and uplifting communities through initiatives that help level the playing field and create more inclusive opportunities for success,” Brack said. “In addition to financial investments provided by the bank, our associates volunteer their time serving nonprofits, teaching financial education, and working with small businesses to advance economic growth. By deepening our connections in the communities we serve, we can create an even greater impact that reaches more people across West Tennessee and Arkansas.”
A Greenwood, Mississippi, native, Brack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
