HOUSTON, Texas – May 9, 2024 – Regions Bank on Thursday announced veteran banker Caroline Vérot Moore has joined the company and will serve as Greater Houston market executive as well as Commercial Banking executive for Southeast Texas.
Vérot Moore will leverage over 25 years of local and international financial services experience to lead client and customer service efforts throughout metro Houston. She will also work with colleagues to refine and implement the bank’s community engagement strategy supporting Houston and the surrounding areas.
Vérot Moore’s career includes experience in both U.S. and overseas markets. During her 11 years with Natixis, Vérot Moore held credit and portfolio management positions in New York before transitioning to a global banking role in Shanghai, China, supporting clients including Chinese subsidiaries of large- and mid-cap European companies. Since 2012, Vérot Moore has been a leading Houston-based banking executive specializing in global and middle market banking while serving in local leadership roles for Amerant Bank, Fifth Third Bank and Wells Fargo.

“Having Caroline join our leadership team illustrates the importance of the greater Houston market to Regions Bank,” said John Turner, Chairman, President and CEO of Regions Financial Corp. “Southeast Texas is a vibrant market for companies of all sizes that are leveraging the strengths of the Texas economy, including a skilled workforce and a tremendous quality of life. The needs of clients here span local, national and international banking capabilities. Caroline brings the perfect mix of local experience and global perspectives to help Regions deliver tailored financial solutions.”
Vérot Moore will report to Brad Campbell, Commercial Banking district director for Regions in Texas.
“Caroline’s ability to thoughtfully advise all portions of our customer base set her apart and further position Regions to build on its investments for growth in the Houston market,” Campbell said. “Whether someone’s banking need is personal, mid-market or global, Caroline’s unique experience and the care factor she demonstrates are all assets that can help our clients thrive.”
Vérot Moore noted how Regions stands apart in a growing market – and how those differentiators drew her to the bank.
“I’ve always admired Regions’ commitment to supporting the Houston community and its customer-focused culture. It’s thrilling to help lead this dynamic team in serving clients ranging from individual consumers to major businesses,” Vérot Moore said. “We have 50 branch locations where local bankers are helping consumers build financial confidence every day. We have numerous specialty banking capabilities, like treasury management services and equipment financing solutions, that help us position business clients for even greater success. In all we do, the Regions team is adding extra value through the insights and guidance of financial professionals who are deeply invested in the success of greater Houston.”
She will team with Regions colleagues in Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Wealth Management, and other groups to deliver holistic financial solutions for greater Houston clients.
Vérot Moore will also oversee Regions’ community engagement in greater Houston, including community partnerships with organizations including the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority and Sports Authority Foundation and the Asia Society, among others.
