HIALEAH, Fla. – Feb. 9, 2024 – Regions Bank on Friday announced the grand reopening of its Hialeah branch at 2899 W. 4th Ave., ushering in a new era of banking and unveiling its latest South Florida investment. Mayor Esteban Bovo and Police Chief George Fuente helped cut ribbon of the completely rebuilt and state-of-the-art branch.
In The City of Progress, the revamped branch embraces a new design, incorporating upgraded technology and personalized service to provide customers with an unparalleled banking experience. The new building advances innovation by blending tradition with technology to provide the personalized service known as the Regions Greenprint® approach.
“Regions Bank is committed to bringing the future of banking to our community,” said Chris Cruzpino, Market Executive for Regions Bank in Miami-Dade. “The new design of the branch is built around one-on-one service starting with a greeting from an experienced, local banker as soon as the customer comes in.”
We’re not just upgrading the physical space; we’re elevating the way we connect with our customers. Earl Connell, consumer banking executive for Regions
And that banker is focused on more than just opening an account, cashing a check or issuing a loan. Individual Greenprint conversations with Regions’ bankers enable customers to discuss their financial goals and receive guidance tailored to their unique needs.
“We’re not just upgrading the physical space; we’re elevating the way we connect with our customers,” said Earl Connell, consumer banking executive for Regions. “Our ground-up rebuild in Hialeah represents a significant investment in technology and service, aligning with our dedication to providing customers with a seamless and personalized banking experience.”
New technological upgrades add security and convenience for customers. They include an instant-issue debit card printer, customer wifi in branch, 24 Hour Banking Vestibule with access to a DepositSmart ATM, noise canceling technology, and single-service safe deposit box access using biometric technology.
The branch’s interior is designed to reflect a bright, open and modern atmosphere. The recognizable branding and architecture create a welcoming space for customers.
Before the grand opening, Regions Bank invited healthcare heroes and EMS personnel to Hialeah Hospital for a special appreciation lunch provided by Maruchi Restaurant. The iconic Regions Big Bike also toured the streets of the city. Additionally, Regions presented a $5,000 check and a collection of school supplies to the ACE Foundation, furthering the bank’s commitment to local education and community development.
Regions Bank is staying at the forefront of banking evolution across the Sunshine State. In November, Regions announced a similar investment with the successful reopening of its Downtown Orlando main branch. Similar modern facilities have previously been opened elsewhere in South Florida, the Tampa Bay area, and beyond.
