Making a Difference One Vote at a Time

Regions is recognizing nonprofits that support our veterans and service members. Your vote can help one of these great organizations win a $5,000 grant.

VOTE NOW

As Veterans Day approaches and the nation prepares to celebrate those who served our country, Doing More Today is recognizing nonprofits that lend a helping hand to veterans and military service members.

Now you can help.

Throughout November, Regions will shine a spotlight on these veterans service members organizations with a program we call What A Difference A Day Makes.

It’s simple. Visit doingmoretoday.com/what-a-difference. You’ll see 11 nonprofits from markets served by Regions Bank. Learn a little about each one then vote for your favorite. Vote often – once each day through Nov. 30.

The nonprofit receiving the most votes will receive a gift of $5,000 from Regions, as well as 100 volunteer hours of service from Regions associates to help the charity with an improvement project.

The winner will be announced in early December.

The remaining nonprofits will also receive a level of volunteer service from our associates, as well as a financial contribution.

We’ll introduce nonprofits to you each day on Twitter. You can learn about Regions’ community commitment here.

Volunteer support is engrained within the culture at Regions Bank. Each year, Regions associates company-wide provide tens of thousands of volunteer service hours to a variety of nonprofit organizations and activities. Further, as part of the “What a Difference a Day Makes” program, Regions provides each of its associates a paid day off each year to provide volunteer support for nonprofits.

So, take a few minutes. See their stories. Vote. And, if motivated, reach out and help these organizations as they help those who served.
