Made in Madison: Regions Bank Unveils New Tennessee Valley Investment

At grand opening for Town Madison branch, bank salutes community partners, deepens pledge to help customers to build financial confidence.

By Veleka Finch | August 27, 2024

MADISON, Ala. – Aug. 27, 2024 – Regions Bank on Tuesday joined Mayor Paul Finney and other leaders to cut the ribbon and celebrate the grand opening of its newly built Town Madison branch in North Alabama.

“This new investment in one of the fastest growing areas of Madison, next to the Redstone Arsenal, exemplifies Regions’ commitment to serving the Tennessee Valley,” said Sean Kelly, Madison County market executive for Regions Bank. “Along with more technology and added convenience, our professional bankers are ready to deliver personalized service to our customers and our Madison neighbors.”

The new Town Madison branch is on Martin Road Southwest near Redstone Arsenal Gate 7.  The facility is a modern replacement for Regions’ former branch on Madison Boulevard and its former Redstone Arsenal branch nearby.

Town Madison is built with the needs of today’s consumers and business owners in mind. It is designed to place a greater emphasis on customized service from local bankers who understand local needs.

There is no waiting behind a teller line for service. Rather, Regions bankers immediately greet customers when they enter the Town Madison branch, and each banker can help customers with everything ranging from quick transactions to taking the time to listen to more in-depth needs and helping with services such as detailed financial goal setting.

It’s called the Regions Greenprint® plan, a relationship-based approach to service that empowers bankers to work with people and small businesses one-on-one to help them increase their financial wellness.

“We ask our customers a series of questions to help us understand their financial goals and then we work together with them to build a plan to achieve those goals,” said Brandon Greve, consumer banking executive for Regions.

“Our cutting-edge technology and design at Town Madison enable us to caringly direct customers on a path toward building financial confidence,” Greve continued. “Truly, the Regions Greenprint experience – and the dedication of our local teams – help set us apart as we build on our legacy of meeting the financial needs of North Alabama.”

In addition to celebrating the grand opening of the facility, Regions leaders took time Tuesday to reflect on the company’s commitment to supporting the city of Madison and other community partners. The bank presented a $5,000 grant to the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Alabama to support after school programs for area students.

“The Boys and Girls Clubs work with students every day to create greater opportunities for their success,” said Callie Givens, Town Madison branch manager for Regions. “We have been honored to support the club for years and look forward to enhancing our collaboration with the club in the future.”

Town Madison branch associates will cap their grand opening celebrations Wednesday morning at 11 when they deliver 200 catered lunch meals to City of Madison employees at Madison City Hall.
