Huddle Up: Gather for Some SEC Excitement and Chance to Win

Confidence and planning are the key.

By Mel Campbell | August 28, 2024

What do Regions, the Southeastern Conference and building more financial confidence have to do with each other? In some ways, a lot … a whole lot. When you consider what it takes to be successful – on the field, or in life – confidence is crucial. And confidence often comes from having teammates you can count on and a plan to be successful.

This year, as Regions celebrate more than 30 years of sponsorship of the SEC, we want to remind fans about the importance of building confidence – through planning and having someone in your corner.

On the field, plans and confidence are crucial. Some of the best advice and most inspirational words ever spoken happen in the tight-knit huddles of players and coaches.

For Regions, it’s similar. You’ll find a bank that wants to help you reach your potential and find financial confidence, because we care and because we’ll help you develop a plan to get there.

New Football Huddle Up Television Spot

This fall, in Regions’ promotions and activations at games across the bank’s footprint, we’ll be reminding customers that just like huddling on the field makes a difference, connecting and working with a Regions banker can be the pathway to financial confidence.

Want to see how? Check out our newest television spot, which you can see this fall:

15 second Huddle Up

30 second Huddle Up

Both are available on Regions YouTube Channel.

The spot will run in various games on the SEC Network/ESPN, and will be featured in other advertising you’ll see promoting Regions’ sponsorship of the SEC.

Social Media Sweepstakes: What’s in the Huddle?

Who doesn’t love a sweepstakes challenge?

In 2024, Regions through our Facebook and Instagram Channels will be highlighting our connection to the SEC by holding a new, fun promotion called the Regions “What’s in the Huddle?” Sweepstakes.  The Sweepstakes includes eleven Weekly Challenge games, each with a $200 Regions Visa® Gift Card prize. And when someone enters a Weekly Challenge, they’re also entered for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize – an SEC Championship prize package, complete with four tickets and more!

On Wednesday of each of the 11 weeks, we’re posting a Weekly Challenge post on Facebook and Instagram depicting a (somewhat) blurred or distorted graphic, illustration, picture, photo or video of something that could be associated with the SEC, football games or tailgating that a group of people might huddle around. Users can enter a Weekly Challenge by following Regions on Facebook and/or Instagram, liking the Weekly Challenge post and commenting by identifying what’s in the huddle and including the hashtag #RegionsSweepstakes.

  • Regions. "What's in the Huddle Sweepstakes Challenge." Challenge #1. Follow us on Facebook, like the Weekly Challenge post and comment by identifying the object you think is in our Weekly Challenge huddle with #RegionsSweepstakes to enter. Swipe right to play.
  • Pixelated image. "Post your answer with #RegionsSweepstakes in the comments.

The Regions “What’s in the Huddle?” Sweepstakes starts on Aug. 28 and runs weekly through Nov. 7.
