How the Advisor-Client Relationship has Changed

COVID-19 has changed our lives. Regions’ focus is on guiding clients through the difficult times and beyond.

By Jennifer Elmore | March 11, 2021

A steady hand of guidance. A calm assurance during a time of unease.

That is how Ty Smith, Regional Wealth Executive for Regions Bank, describes the work that Regions’ team of Private Wealth Management advisors has done during the last year. Smith’s team delivers customized investment advice and financial guidance for clients across Georgia and South Carolina.

“With COVID-19 and then the stock market dropping, our associates made sure we were providing a steady hand to walk with clients through this experience,” Smith said.

The advisor-client relationship has certainly changed during COVID-19. Smith recently interviewed with Maria Rosati of Eminence Communications to discuss how the advisor-client relationship has evolved over the past year.
