Growing in Orlando: Regions Bank Opens Hamlin Town Center Branch in Winter Garden

Modern location combines personalized service with newest technology to make banking easier.

By Veleka Finch | April 20, 2021

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – April 20, 2021 – Regions Bank on Tuesday announced the opening of its latest branch investment in Greater Orlando. The Hamlin Town Center branch in Winter Garden is built around personal, in-depth service from local bankers along with the newest technology designed to make banking easier and more convenient.

The branch is at the corner of Hamlin Groves Trail and New Independence Parkway in Orange County. Construction was completed last month making the branch one of the most modern Regions locations in Florida.

“This branch is the latest example of our commitment to bringing the best experience in banking to Greater Orlando,” said Chris Hurst, market executive for Regions Bank in Orlando. “The popularity of our nearby Windermere location proves this innovative pairing of in-person engagement with modern technology is making banking simpler and easier than ever.”

In lieu of traditional teller lines, customers arriving at the new branch will be greeted personally by a Regions banker upon entry. These financial professionals will handle all customer needs from opening accounts and processing transactions to in-depth discussions on how to best reach short-term and long-term financial goals.

There is no need too great or task too small. We exist to equip the people and businesses in the communities we serve with the financial tools and resources they need to succeed.

“Our experienced local bankers are ready to greet customers at the door and make their financial lives better,” said Samantha Mullet, branch manager. “There is no need too great or task too small. We exist to equip the people and businesses in the communities we serve with the financial tools and resources they need to succeed.”

The branch also offers Regions Video Banking ATM service – one for walk-up customers and another in the drive-thru. Customers may choose standard ATM service – or they can connect with a Regions Video Banker via live, two-way video for personal service during expanded hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The branch team is ready to provide services tailored to the specific needs of individual and business customers.

“Southwest Orlando, particularly the Horizon West community, is the fastest growing area in Central Florida right now,” said Martin Baker, consumer banking manager. “With much of this growth being younger, tech-savvy professionals and families, we want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for them to bank how they want and when they want.”

While in-person services are available during regular branch hours, customers are encouraged to use the Make an Appointment feature on Regions.com ahead of their visit as Regions locations continue to limit capacity as a safety precaution amid COVID-19.
