Global Experience. Local Commitment. Regions Bank Adds 25-Year Finance Veteran to Commercial Banking Team

Patrick McConnell will serve Regions’ current business clients while developing new relationships with companies across several counties.

ROGERS, Ark. – Dec. 9, 2021– Regions Bank on Thursday announced the latest addition to its Commercial Banking team serving Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. Patrick McConnell, a 25-year financial industry veteran, will serve as a relationship manager providing Regions’ large business clients with customized financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. McConnell will also develop new relationships with companies in the Fort Smith River Valley and throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.

McConnell’s experience spans several areas ranging from portfolio management, to lending, business finance, and credit. He also served as a field examiner.

McConnell’s role will also involve connecting clients with colleagues from across Regions’ business groups, including Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and more, to deliver a complete array of financial services and solutions to help them establish a foundation for continued success. This team-based banking approach is called Regions360, a model where team members from across Regions’ departments work together to deliver holistic, customized solutions to meet the comprehensive financial needs of individual customers and businesses.

McConnell’s two-plus decades of financial services experience include roles with Wells Fargo in Atlanta, PNC Bank in New York and Bank of America in London. He also served as an account executive with GMAC and as a loan officer with Fleet Capital Corporation. McConnell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
