ATLANTA, Ga. – Jan. 25, 2022 – Regions Bank on Tuesday announced the next major step in its long-term growth in Metro Atlanta with the formal unveiling of three branches built to meet the needs of  today’s consumers. The facilities – at Sandy Springs, Loganville, and Merchants Walk – reflect the latest in branch design Regions is debuting in Atlanta, Houston, South Florida, and other growth markets.

The Sandy Springs Main branch is at the corner of Northeast Roswell and Abernathy Roads in Atlanta. The Loganville branch is on Atlanta Highway across from the Walmart Shopping Center in Loganville. The Merchants Walk branch is near the corner of Merchants Walk Drive and Roswell Road in Marietta.  Regions has opened the doors on 18 modernized locations throughout  Metro Atlanta since 2018.

“Atlanta is a high-priority market for Regions,” said Mia Hubbard, consumer banking executive for Regions. “Today’s consumers expect a more interactive, state-of-the-art banking experience, and that’s what we offer. Customers have been thrilled by the features they see when they walk into our three newest branches. In addition to having local, experienced bankers available to address the full range of their financial needs, they discover and appreciate the advanced digital investments we’ve made to allow them the ease of banking at their convenience.”

The Sandy Springs, Loganville, and Merchants Walk branches feature local teams ready to welcome customers in for one-on-one conversations to meet their short-term and long-term financial needs. In addition to local service, the branches offer enhancements like Regions’ Video Banking ATM service. Through a “walk-up” Video Banking ATM near the entrance of each branch – and a drive-up machine at Loganville and Merchants Walk – Regions customers can choose standard ATM service, or they can connect with a Regions Video Banker via live, two-way video.

Video Bankers deliver personal service during expanded hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Each location also includes a drive-up DepositSmart ATM, which can accept deposits of cash or checks any time, day or night. The Merchants Walk branch also has a DepositSmart ATM near its entrance.
