Regions Financial Scheduled to Participate in RBC Global Financial Institutions Conference

Discussion will be accessible via a live webcast on Regions’ Investor Relations page.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Feb. 11, 2026 – Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) on Wednesday announced the company is scheduled to participate in the RBC Capital Markets Global Financial Institutions Conference on Wednesday, March 11.

Regions executives will take part in a fireside chat-style discussion with the conference moderator beginning at approximately 1:20 p.m. ET. The discussion can be live-streamed in a listen-only format. To access the discussion, visit Regions’ Investor Relations page at https://ir.regions.com.

A replay will also be made available on the Investor Relations page following the event.
